Where decision-makers in commerce meet
An exclusive, invitation-based quarterly forum. Curated for leaders working with digital commerce. No sales pitches – just substance, insights, and relationships at the highest level. At the intersection of business, organisation and technology.
The most important conversations about commerce rarely happen on stage. They happen in the corridor afterwards, on the train home, in the follow-up meeting that never gets booked. Boardroom for Commerce creates that room – with intention. For those who carry the mandate to decide but rarely meet others in the same situation and position.
Boardroom – not because it's a board meeting, but because it's a room where genuine dialogues are created and take place. No audience, no sales pressure, no prestige. Just open and honest dialogue – between people.
There is no neutral meeting place for senior commerce leaders. Conferences are too broad, networking events too shallow, internal meetings too isolated. Boardroom fills that void.
Digital commerce is changing faster than ever. AI, channel diversification, profitability pressure, organisational complexity or other challenges and opportunities are placing new demands on business, organisation and technology. This is exactly when these conversations need to happen.
Each forum gathers a maximum of 15 decision-makers. We select participants based on experience, role, and what they can contribute.
Four times per year, we gather around a relevant theme. Rare enough to be exclusive, frequent enough to build relationships.
Boardroom for Commerce is completely free for participants. We believe the best conversations happen without commercial agendas.
The hosts act as facilitators – owning the frame, the safety and the pace. The participants own the content.

A lunch forum with conversation and substance. No slides, no pitch – just insights.
“My expectation is that Boardroom for Commerce becomes a place for open and relevant conversations between people who carry similar mandates – where we can share experiences, challenge perspectives, and together explore what actually creates value in modern commerce.”
“I see Boardroom for Commerce as a room where decision-makers in commerce get the opportunity to lift their gaze together – beyond day-to-day operations, and into the questions shaping tomorrow's business, customer experience, and organisation.”
